We Gentle Postpartum and Laura Norris Yoga are inviting you to our workshop for expectant Mothers.

During this beautiful workshop you are going to experience the benefits of prenatal yoga to empower you through your journey into Motherhood. Yoga is an ancient system of living well, promoting physical and mental wellbeing. During pregnancy and childbirth woman experience enormous changes. Yoga can help prepare the body and mind for birth and the transition of becoming a Mother.

We will present you with valuable information and traditions for the first weeks after your baby is born. We are going to talk about how you can build your support system, heal and recover after birth, how nutrition can impact your mental health, information on breastfeeding and what you can do to avoid feeling isolated, exhausted and overwhelmed. Birth is only the beginning and we will find out what you need to feel loved and cared for in your new role as a Mother.

Workshop includes:

+ During our morning yoga you can expect to be guided safely and gently through your practice. You will be shown breathing techniques to bring focus and balance as well as, gentle movements and postures adapted especially for pregnancy. The practice will end with a fifteen-minute guided relaxation.
+ Knowledge and wisdom on how to prepare for your 4th trimester. You will finish the workshop feeling inspired, knowing what your next steps into a gentle postpartum will look like.
+You are going to learn about natural remedies to heal the postpartum body and you will be taking home your own self-made tea creation.
