We are inviting you to our Mother’s Day workshop for Moms to be and Mothers. We are going to find out what brings you peace and joy as a Mother and how you can implement selfcare into your everyday life. We will be sharing our knowledge about essential oils, meditation, affirmations, nutrition & gentle bodywork so you can improve your well being as a Mother. We are asking you to dedicate an afternoon to yourself, to practice selfcare and nourish yourself.

VENUE: SHAKTI WELLNESS STUDIO, 12 LOCKVIW RD, BELFAST
+workshop led by us Ria Gentle Postpartum & Ellen The Add Oil Mama with informations about the physical and mental aspects of selflove and how to implement selfcare tools into your everyday life.
+ we will be doing a guided meditation, including gentle bodymovement and essential oils to calm your mind
+we are going to be a little creative and you will be taking home 2 diy roller blends, a bathsalt and a selfmade tea-creation, so you can keep continuing your selfcare practice in your own home.
