Slowing down in Motherhood - free Challenge

Hey beautiful women,

  • I feel so tired and exhausted, being a Mother is so hard at times.

  • I don`t even know what fulfills me anymore, all I can think and focus on is how to structure and organise our day, how to cope at work or what we are having for dinner tonight.

  • There are not enough hours in a day! By the time I could do something nice for myself I just feel exhausted end depleted.


I`m hosting a free Challenge:

‘SLOWING DOWN IN MOTHERHOOD’ and I`m so excited to share it with you! The Challenge begins on the 04th of November and runs for 4 days.

So, what is this Challenge about?

Maybe you feel a little lost in Motherhood and you don`t really know anymore what you actual want and need to feel empowered. Maybe you are newly postpartum or already many months or even years postpartum. It doesn`t matter where in your Motherhood journey you are beautiful women, this Challenge is for you.


These are the details:

  1. You are going to reconnect with yourself, your needs and the powerful women inside of you.

  2. Together we are going to bring some clarity and perspective back into your life.

  3. You are going to get to know how you can nourish yourself in your everyday life as a Mother and how you can actual find time to do this.

  4. You are going to be presented with simple, yet powerful tools to nurture you throughout the Challenge and for the rest of your life.

During this Challenge you are going to have the opportunity to empower and connect with like-minded women in your community. We meet in a private facebook group each day – you also will receive daily videos and direct support and advice from me, in a group coaching setting. This Challenge can be done in your own pace of time and it doesn`t matter from where in the world you are coming from.

During this beautiful workshop you are going to experience the benefits of prenatal yoga to empower you through your journey into Motherhood. Yoga is an ancient system of living well, promoting physical and mental wellbeing. During pregnancy and childbirth woman experience enormous changes. Yoga can help prepare the body and mind for birth and the transition of becoming a Mother.

We will present you with valuable information and traditions for the first weeks after your baby is born. We are going to talk about how you can build your support system, heal and recover after birth, how nutrition can impact your mental health, information on breastfeeding and what you can do to avoid feeling isolated, exhausted and overwhelmed. Birth is only the beginning and we will find out what you need to feel loved and cared for in your new role as a Mother.

The practice will end with a fifteen-minute guided relaxation.

+ Knowledge and wisdom on how to prepare for your 4th trimester. You will finish the workshop feeling inspired, knowing what your next steps into a gentle postpartum will look like.

+You are going to learn about natural remedies to heal the postpartum body and you will be taking home your own self-made tea creation.

Everyone who knows me, knows that I love cooking and that I feel passionate about nourishing a new mother’s body with home cooked food so she can heal. I`m inviting you to join me for a culinary afternoon in my kitchen. I will be sharing my knowledge about the Ayurvedic philosophy and history with you and together we are going to prepare a nourishing three course meal.

This workshop is for you, if you,

*are pregnant and want to know how you can nourish your body postpartum and need some simple tools to share with your family so they can prepare the right food for you after birth

*are a new-born Mother and just realised that you haven’t given much thought into your recovery and would like to know how you can take better care of your weakened postpartum body

I`m thrilled to announce my first workshop for Mothers & Moms to be.

Inspired by the beautiful Assembly Winter Gathering I took part a few days ago, I`m going to share with you my wisdom about natural remedies for yourself as a Mom and for your Children for the winter season. Also, we are going to be creative and you will be taking home a lovely Christmas decoration made of herbs.

Topics we will be talking about

• Natural remedies for the cold/flu
• Natural bath salts & oils for your children
• How to use compresses for ear & chest infections & fever.
• Herbal teas

This workshop is all about connection and sharing stories of Motherhood. I want to create a safe space for you and your children to feel welcome. I want you to practice selfcare, to nourish and treat yourself with a morning full of fun and laughter. Feel free to bring along any questions about Motherhood, I`m happy to share my knowledge as a postpartum doula with you.
